The Client & Intelligence Operations Manager ensures continuity and operational awareness across the firm. This role supports client communication, engagement coordination, and internal intelligence so that the firm operates with steadiness and care. You will help maintain institutional memory, protect cadence, and ensure that nothing essential is lost to noise.

Experience in operations, coordination, or client-facing support roles
