Operations Architect / Engagement Lead

The Operations Architect / Engagement Lead is responsible for translating Aequitas’ operating philosophy into real-world execution. This role leads client engagements from design through transition, stewarding complex organizational change with composure and rigor. You will hold responsibility for structure, sequencing, and decision integrity, ensuring that operating models are implemented thoughtfully and effectively.

This is a role for individuals trusted to carry authority without constant oversight and to lead without theatrics.

• EDemonstrated experience in operations, organizational design, transformation, or restructuring

• Ability to synthesize complexity into clear operating structures
